ตำแหน่ง : Reservation Supervisor
• Prior supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage
• Proficient in hotel reservation and property management systems, especially Comanche PMS
• Strong knowledge of room rates, inventory control, yield management, and distribution channels (OTA, Direct Booking, Corporate)
• Good command of English and Thai, both written and spoken
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Computer literate, especially MS Office (Excel)
• Service-minded with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
