ตำแหน่ง : Guest Service Agent (Night)
• Review house status and receive shift briefing on pending matters.
• Prepare and update all required reports accurately.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, cashiering, and foreign currency exchange.
• Prepare registration cards, welcome folders, and next-day due out arrangements.
• Monitor system postings and obtain credit card pre-authorizations.
• Conduct safety deposit box inventory and maintain Front Desk cleanliness.
• Follow back-up procedures in case of equipment malfunction and perform other assigned duties.
