What You’ll Do
• Welcome guests and ensure they feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Guide customers through the menu, offering suggestions and answering questions with confidence.
• Oversee the dining experience to ensure each guest is cared for throughout their visit.
• Address any customer feedback or concerns with professionalism and grace.
• Ensure every guest leaves satisfied and appreciated.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the floor.
• Monitor inventory levels for service and communicate restocking needs.
• Support and motivate team members to maintain a smooth and positive working environment.
• Assist with daily operations and tasks as needed.


Who You Are
• You have experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• You’re an excellent communicator, calm under pressure, and solutions-oriented.
• You’re a natural leader — reliable, respectful, and service-minded.
• You are computer literate and comfortable using POS and digital systems.
• You can communicate effectively in English and work well in a multicultural setting.
• You’re available to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
