Assistant Chief Engineer 1 Persons
Qualification:
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma in technical service or maintenance
- Working experience in maintenance and experience in management of a team
- Computer Skills
- Fluent in English and knowledge of another languages (French) is a plus
- Dynamic, strong serviced mind with good relations & communication skills
- Must be able to travel/relocate aboard

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Technical Services Manager in leading the team of technicians and regarding relationships with sub-suppliers
- Regularly carrying out preventive maintenance measures
- Ensuring the application and respect of hygiene and safety procedures
- Taking part in administrative tasks

Engineer Clerk 1 Person
Job Description
Coordinate the engineering operations of our hotel, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective operation of all related systems and equipment.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
2 years of experience in hotel engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in engineering management and coordination.
- Knowledge of building, safety, and energy management regulations.

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the engineering operations of the hotel, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operation of all related systems and equipment.
- Oversee the maintenance of the hotel’s building and grounds, including air conditioning, heating, plumbing, electrical and other related systems.
- Monitor and implement preventative maintenance programs.
- Develop and implement energy management and conservation programs.
- Inspect and oversee repairs and maintenance to ensure safety and quality of work performed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of engineering activities.
Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
- Monitor and manage departmental budgets.
Train and supervise staff in engineering and maintenance procedures.

Technician 2 Persons
Job Description :
Performs simple maintenance and cleaning duties in guest rooms, public areas and grounds of the hotel that do not require practical skill or knowledge of a trade.

Responsibilities :
1. Complete basic maintenance related tasks and deep cleaning to keep guest rooms and public areas in an excellent state of cleanliness and repair.
2. Assist with completion of the preventative maintenance checklist and complete minor repairs work orders such as replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, patching vinyl, unclogging toilets replacing faucet washers, etc.
3. Assist Chief Engineer when necessary.
4. Carry tools, prepare the worksite and assist maintenance representatives as needed
5. Clean and sweep the parking lot and sidewalk areas.
6. Empty all trashcans on a daily basis
7. Report all unsafe conditions or malfunctioning equipment to supervisor.
8. Adhere to all established safety policies and procedures.
9. Follow procedures that ensure the security of inventory such as tools, supplies, equipment, etc., replenish supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner, and minimize waste.
10. Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest questions and/or requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction.
11. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
12. Perform other duties as necessary

Qualifications
1. Requirements include basic reading, writing and math skills and 1 or more year(s) of general building maintenance and repair experience.
2. Completion of high school diploma or related vocational training is preferred.
3. You may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
