ตำแหน่ง : Guest Service Agent (1), Bellman (1)
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields
- Pleasant personality with a positive attitude and strong service mind.
- Good command of English communication (spoken and listening); additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Able to work in shifts and perform well under pressure.
- Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Previous experience in Front Office or GSA position will be an advantage.
- Basic computer skills; experience with HMS (Hotel Management System) will be an advantage.
**Bellman (1)**
- High School or Vocational Certification in Hotel Management, Business Administration, English or related field.
- 1 year experience in guest / customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Problem solving and organizational abilities.
- Basic English spoken.
