ตำแหน่ง : Kitchen Prep / Commis – Prep & Butchery
• Butchering beef (ribeye, picanha, portioning steaks)
• Filleting and portioning fish & seafood
• Cutting, slicing, and chopping vegetables
• Preparing mise en place for daily service
• Vacuum sealing, labeling, and date control
• Sending ready-to-use ingredients to chefs
• Maintaining cleanliness of prep area, tools, and equipment
• Ensuring proper storage, labeling, and FIFO rotation
• Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements
• Experience in kitchen prep or butchery is preferred
• Able to work fast, clean, and organized
• Understand basic food safety & hygiene
• Team player, reliable, and detail-oriented
