My professional journey began with working in various sectors of hospitality, where I gained extensive knowledge in leadership, operations management, customer service, and event coordination. I spent two years working with an airline company overseas (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), where I learned the importance of being fast, reliable, and efficient in a global environment. During this time, I also utilized my English-speaking skills to communicate effectively with passengers from different countries and cultures, delivering first-class service.

In addition, I have two years of experience in the casino industry, where I helped enhance customer experience and strengthen guest relations. This experience deepened my understanding of the importance of personalized service and creating exceptional experiences to ensure customer loyalty.
