We are a property management company managing rental apartments in Phuket and are looking for a reliable, hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and support the team.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily operations across managed properties
• Monitor staff and contractors, ensure tasks are completed on time
• Oversee move-ins / move-outs, cleaning schedules, and quality control
• Ensure apartments are fully ready for tenants (cleanliness, maintenance, utilities)
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, internet, AC cleaning, etc.
• Be on-site when needed and support the team in urgent situations
Requirements:
• Organized, responsible, emotionally stable
Hardworking
• Hands-on and proactive
• Able to manage people and processes independently
• Experience in property or operations management is a plus
Location:
Phuket (remote job, on-site at properties, not office-based)
Salary: Start 15,000 THB. To be discussed after the interview
Social Security (SSO) provided
• Labor agreement
• Only Thai nationality
