Position : Night Supervisor
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Service, or a related area within a 4-5 star hotel environment.
-Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar leadership role is preferred.
-Ability to work overnight shifts on a regular basis.
-Excellent customer service and communication skills.
-Strong problem-solving abilities with the confidence to handle guest concerns and emergencies effectively.
-Good leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support team members during night operations.
-Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
-Knowledge of hotel management systems; experience with Opera PMS is an advantage.
-Strong attention to detail with the ability to prepare reports and verify daily operational and financial records.
-Positive attitude, service-minded personality, and a strong commitment to the Heartist® culture.
-Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent teamwork and collaboration.
