Position : Waitress

Job Detail

Provide professional food and beverage service while ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tables, service stations, and mise en place before service.
- Welcome guests, present menus, and explain daily specials.
- Take orders accurately and operate the Micros POS system.
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
- Recommend menu items and apply appropriate upselling techniques.
- Check guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Prepare bills, process payments, and clear tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure equipment is in good condition.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel procedures.
- Attend required meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in a related field.
= At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a four- or five-star hotel or restaurant.
- Good English communication skills.
- Service-minded, energetic, and well-groomed.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
