Position : Houseman (Temporary)

Job Detail

Support Room Attendants with linen, supplies, cleaning, and other Housekeeping duties to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations throughout the temporary employment period.

Key Responsibilities
- Remove rubbish, clean garbage bins, and maintain service areas.
- Replenish room supplies and keep service pantries organized.
- Deliver used linen to Laundry and collect clean linen.
- Assist Room Attendants with extra beds, baby cots, furniture movement, and guest requests.
- Clean guest corridors, service lift areas, fire-exit stairs, elevator doors, mirrors, rain curtains, and hotel buggy cars.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally or report them to Supervisors.
- Maintain professional grooming, teamwork, and service standards.
- Follow hotel policies and all health, safety, fire, and emergency procedures.
- Attend required training and perform additional assigned duties.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma, technical certificate, or higher qualification in a related field.
- Minimum one year of relevant experience; hotel or resort experience is preferred.
- Basic English communication, reading, and writing skills.
- Positive, service-minded, organized, and responsible.
- Physically fit and able to perform demanding Housekeeping duties.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Available to work flexible shifts throughout the temporary contract period.
