Your Impact
> Support the Chief Engineer in managing the day-to-day engineering operations of one of Hua Hin's leading resorts
> Ensure all building systems, including electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and life safety systems, operate efficiently and reliably
> Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maintain exceptional guest comfort
> Coordinate engineering projects, renovations, and contractor works to ensure timely completion and quality standards
> Drive energy conservation, sustainability initiatives, and cost-effective engineering solutions
> Help maintain compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and Hilton brand standards
> Respond to operational and technical challenges with practical solutions that keep the hotel running smoothly

You'll Bring
> Experience in hotel engineering, facilities management, or building maintenance
> Degree or diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline
> Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems
> Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
> Good communication skills in both Thai and English
