• Oversee Restaurants/Bars and Room Service (if applicable).
• Supervise daily restaurant operations and assist with menu planning.
• Maintain sanitation standards and assist team members during peak meal periods.
• Strive to continually improve guest and team member satisfaction.
• Maximize financial performance in areas of responsibility.
• Determine training needs to accomplish goals and implement plans.
