WE ARE HIRING: Wellness Reservation Agent

???? Fivelement Samui (The Lamai Samui) | Full-Time, On-Site

The Role:

Manage daily resort bookings and customize guest wellness packages. Working under the Assistant Reservations Manager and alongside the Wellness Director, you will handle inquiries, drive package sales, and ensure a smooth pre-arrival journey.

Requirements:

Resort reservations or spa/wellness background.

Strong guest communication and sales skills.

PMS software experience.

Proficient in English.
