Position : SPA AND WELLNESS concierge (local only)
Be a key point of connection throughout the Spa and Wellness guest journey, managing reservations, reception, schedules and personalised guest support while coordinating closely with therapists, practitioners, wellness team and retreat teams to deliver a seamless experience.
Coordinate the guest journey from pre-arrival reservations to on-property reception and guest support. Manage bookings, schedules, guest profiles, treatment and program information, check-ins, billing and daily coordination to ensure a smooth and personalized Spa and Wellness experience.
Qualifications
Previous experience in spa, wellness, hotel reservations, reception or guest service.
Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
Comfortable using reservation, scheduling, POS and hotel systems.
Good knowledge of spa and wellness treatments or willingness to learn.
Warm, service-minded and confident in assisting international guests.
Able to manage reservations, reception and guest coordination within one role.
Good level of spoken and written English.
