We are searching for a Site Supervisor (Structural/Civil) to oversee day-to-day structural and civil works on site for a landmark real estate and hospitality development project.

The Role
● Supervise daily structural and civil construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
● Monitor contractor work progress against the construction schedule and flag delays or issues promptly
● Conduct site inspections and quality checks on structural elements, including foundations, concrete works, and steel structures
● Enforce site safety procedures and ensure contractors comply with health and safety regulations
● Coordinate with the Engineering Project Manager and design team to resolve on-site technical issues
● Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and material/equipment logs
● Report to the Engineering Project Manager
