Key Responsibilities

* Handle cash and electronic payment transactions accurately
* Process wristband settlement and customer payments
* Check and verify wristband transactions and charges
* Issue receipts and maintain accurate payment records
* Perform daily cash counting and reconciliation
* Handle customer inquiries regarding payments and charges
* Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve transaction issues
* Prepare daily settlement and cash reports
* Ensure all transactions are accurate and properly recorded
* Maintain a high standard of customer service

Qualifications

* Previous experience as a **Cashier, Settlement Officer, or in a similar role** is preferred
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Basic English communication skills
* Good knowledge of cash handling and payment procedures
* Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Honest, responsible, and reliable
* Able to work under pressure and handle cash responsibly
* Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
