หน้าที่ | Key Responsibilities

• เตรียมและทำขนมหวาน เบเกอรี่ และผลิตภัณฑ์ Pastry ต่าง ๆ ตามสูตรและมาตรฐานของร้าน
Prepare pastries, desserts, and bakery items according to recipes and standards.

• ควบคุมคุณภาพ รสชาติ ความสดใหม่ และการจัดตกแต่งขนมให้สวยงาม
Maintain the quality, taste, freshness, and presentation of pastry products.

• วางแผนและเตรียมวัตถุดิบให้เพียงพอต่อการให้บริการ
Plan and prepare ingredients to meet daily service requirements.

• ดูแลความสะอาดและความเป็นระเบียบของพื้นที่ครัว รวมถึงอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen and equipment.

• ควบคุมการใช้วัตถุดิบและลดการสูญเสียในการผลิต
Monitor ingredient usage and minimize production waste.

• ประสานงานกับทีมครัวเพื่อให้การทำงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

คุณสมบัติ | Qualifications

• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Pastry, Bakery หรือการทำขนมหวาน
Experience in pastry, bakery, or dessert preparation.

• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเทคนิคการทำขนมและการตกแต่งขนม
Knowledge of pastry techniques and dessert presentation.

• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและใส่ใจในคุณภาพของอาหาร
Detail-oriented and quality-conscious.

• มีความรับผิดชอบ สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
Responsible, able to work in a team and under pressure.

• มีความรู้ด้านสุขอนามัยและความปลอดภัยในการประกอบอาหาร
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.

• หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจโรงแรม ร้านอาหาร หรือ Hospitality จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
Experience in hotels, restaurants, or hospitality will be an advantage.
