Phuket Sirinath Co., Ltd.
is developing the " Royal Lee The Terminal Phuket "
project which is located at Thalang District, Phuket, Thailand.
The 80 rai overall area contains a variety of
structures including
condominiums, hotels, pool villas, shopping centers, restaurants, etc . Four
phases were created for the project.
There
are 513 condominium apartments for both residential and business
purpose in the first phase of the development.
Royal
Position : Technician
3.Experience in electrical maintenance of shopping malls, commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, factories, or large facilities is preferred.
4.Good knowledge of electrical systems, building electrical installations, and preventive maintenance.
Able to read electrical drawings and basic technical documents.
5.Able to use basic electrical testing instruments and maintenance tools.
6.Knowledge of electrical safety and emergency procedures.
7.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Able to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and respond to emergencies when required.
8.Good communication and coordination skills.
