Assistant Sales Manager (base BKK/HKT/China)

รายละเอียดงาน
- Monitor and manage reservations from various online plarforms.
- Manage customer communications related to changes, inquires, and cancellations.
- Maintain and optimize listings on Online Travel Agency platforms, ensuring rates, availability, and service information and up to date.
- Liaise with Online Travel Agnecy representatives to troubleshoot and fix any listing issues.
- Collaborate with agents and referral partners to boost bookings volume through external networks.
- Utilize sales strategies to turn inquires into confirmed booking.
- Extablish and adjust reservation pricing in line with internal guidlines and current market trends.
- Drive international sales and partnerships.
- Take care of international accounts.
- Open new markets and customer base for international expansion.
- Lead a small team associates.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male/Female, age over 25 years
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Good command in English
- Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency test (HSK) level 4-6
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in service industries (hotel, restaurant, airline, or related)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to relocate and work in China
