Job Summary
The Pastry Sous Chef assists the Executive Pastry Chef in managing all operations of the pastry and bakery department. They are responsible for creating and producing high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods, as well as supervising the team and overseeing the pastry kitchen in the absence of their superior.

Qualifications;
- Strong knowledge and expertise in both classic and modern pastry techniques.
- Creative and artistic skills in dessert decoration and presentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food cost control and inventory management.
