Position : Night Guest Service Agent
The Night Guest Service Agent is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office during the overnight shift. This role involves providing excellent customer service to guests, handling all check-ins and check-outs, managing the hotel switchboard, performing night audit duties, and ensuring the safety and security of the hotel premises and guests overnight.

Qualifications & Requirements;
- Age is not over 30.
- Male.
- Thai Nationality only.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies effectively.
- Proficient in night audit procedures.
