Job Summary
The Night Guest Service Agent is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office during the overnight shift (typically 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). This role involves providing excellent customer service to guests, handling all check-ins and check-outs, managing the hotel switchboard, performing night audit duties, and ensuring the safety and security of the hotel premises and guests overnight.

Qualifications & Requirements;
- Age is not over 30.
- Male.
- Thai Nationality only.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies effectively.
- Proficient in night audit procedures.
