Position : Front Office Manager
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out, guest services, and reservations
- Handle bookings, inquiries, and reservation management across the resort
- Check in/out guests at villas in other areas when needed
- Lead, coach, and motivate front office staff to maintain high performance
- Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving complaints and addressing inquiries promptly
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure the guest database is updated in the system
- Perform administrative tasks, including preparing reports and documentation
- Order and manage supplies for the team
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth resort operations
- Implement standard operating procedures and maintain service quality
- Contribute to staff development and training programs
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in front office management in a luxury hospitality setting
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong organizational, administrative, and system management skills
- Ability to create empathy and deliver exceptional guest service
- Passion for world-class hospitality
