Position : Guest Service Agent (GSA) Supervisor

Job Detail
The Suksan Group is seeking a Guest Service Agent (GSA) Supervisor to lead our front office team, support the Front Office Manager, and ensure exceptional guest service and smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead the Front Office/GSA team to maintain high service standards
- Support the Front Office Manager in daily operations and management tasks
- Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, including at villas in other areas when needed
- Manage room reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests
- Ensure guest profiles and database are updated daily in the system
- Handle cash and cashier operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies
- Order and manage necessary items and supplies for the front office team
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth resort operations
- Assist in training and developing Front Office staff
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally

Requirements

- Thai nationality
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Front Office / GSA roles
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Multitasking and multi-skilled with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong organizational, administrative, and cash handling skills
- Service-minded, proactive, and professional
- Ability to work in shifts and travel to other villas for guest check-in/check-out
