Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Desk, leading the Guest Service team, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to all guests. This hands-on role involves supporting Guest Service Agents, managing guest check-in and check-out processes, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. The supervisor acts as a leader, a problem-solver, and a key point of contact to ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience.

3. Guest Relations and Service Recovery
4. Administrative and Reporting
5. Inter-Departmental Coordination

Qualifications;
- Male or Female.
- Age 26-35 years old.
- Thai Nationality only.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or senior agent role is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle pressure and stressful situations calmly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages is a significant asset.
