Social Media Manager (Luxury Real Estate – Phuket)

Amal Group of Companies, the developer of Gardens of Eden Resort in Phuket, is an established Thai property developer with more than 200,000 sq.m. currently under construction. As we continue to expand our portfolio in the luxury real estate segment, we are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to curate and elevate our digital brand presence.

Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will play a key role in shaping the digital narrative of our luxury developments. This position is responsible for delivering refined, visually compelling content that communicates exclusivity, lifestyle, and long-term investment value to both local and international audiences.


Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a premium social media content strategy aligned with the brand’s positioning, tone of voice, and annual marketing calendar
• Curate, produce, and publish high-end content across Instagram, Facebook, LINE, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Translate architectural excellence, interior design, resort living, and lifestyle experiences into compelling digital storytelling
• Collaborate closely with videographers to develop cinematic concepts, scripts, and storylines for brand films and luxury property presentations
• Lead collaboration with KOLs, luxury influencers, and content creators, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives
• Maintain consistency and excellence in visual identity, messaging, and overall brand presentation across all digital platforms
• Analyze performance metrics and audience insights to refine content strategy, enhance engagement, and support lead generation
• Remain informed on global luxury, real estate, design, and hospitality trends relevant to the Phuket and international markets


Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in social media management within luxury real estate, property development, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands
• Strong appreciation for luxury branding, aesthetics, and visual storytelling
• Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LINE, LinkedIn, and YouTube at a professional level
• Demonstrated ability to produce refined, brand-aligned content for discerning audiences
• Experience collaborating with videographers, designers, KOLs, and influencer teams
• Understanding of the Phuket luxury property market and international buyer profiles is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and brand consistency
• Fluent in English; Thai language proficiency is a strong advantage
