Job Detail

รายละเอียดงาน
1.วางแผนควบคุมและตรวจสอบแผนงานระบบให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย พร้อมสรุปความก้าวหน้างานเพื่อเปรียบเทียบกับแผนงานหลัก
2.ตรวจทานแบบก่อสร้างให้ครอบคลุมงานสถาปัตยกรรม โครงสร้างและงานระบบประกอบอาคาร ทุกระบบให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน
3.ตรวจสอบคุณภาพและปริมาณงานของผู้รับเหมาในส่วนของงานออกแบบระบบไฟฟ้ากำลัง และระบบไฟฟ้าควบคุม และอื่นๆ
4.ควบคุมและตรวจสอบแบบรายละเอียด (Shop Drawing) งานระบบก่อนดำเนินการก่อสร้าง
5.ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของผู้รับเหมาก่อสร้างให้เป็นไปอย่างถูกต้องตามสัญญาและหลักวิชาการแบบรูปและข้อกำหนด
6.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของแบบก่อสร้างจริง (As-Built Drawing) ของงานระบบปรับอากาศ และ ระบบสุขาภิบาล และอื่นๆ
7.ติดต่อประสารงานระหว่างผู้รับเหมาและทีมงานของบริษัทฯ เช่น ฝ่ายถอดแบบ ฝ่ายประมาณราคา และฝ่ายควบคุมปริมาณ
8.จัดหา Supplier อุปกรณ์ระบบโครงการ
9.ปฏิบัติงานอื่นตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย

3. มีประสบการณ์ควบคุมงานก่อสร้างงานไฟฟ้า, ประปา, สุขาภิบาล
4.มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพวิศกรรม
5. มีความรอบคอบ อดทน และสามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาะกดดันได้ดี
6. มีความรับผิดชอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และระเบียบวินัยในการทำงานดี
