Position : Personal Assistant to CEO

Personal Assistant
Reporting to the CEO in the Company, this role is responsible for all rounded secretarial support with strong business acumen.
Responsibilities:
•Provide supreme quality and comprehensive secretarial support including, travel arrangement, meetings, calendar management and day-to-day operation support to the CEO
•Emails filtering and responses prioritization
• Prepare presentations for and follow-up meetings, assist on business coordination and implementation
• Follow up, liaise and interact with Directors, Senior
Executives internally and business partners externally on business issues, projects, events, meetings, etc.
• Organize and implement busy schedules and monitor their progress
• Provide supports to other Senior Executives as required Ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree 5 to 10 years' solid experience in providing executive secretarial support to the top management in global/multi-cultural companies/MNCs
• Experience in consumer electronics/trading industry is preferable
• Professionalism and integrity, able to maintain the utmost confidentiality Thrives on taking the initiative, loves multi-tasking and
working autonomously in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Result-driven, proactive, high sensibility in figures and sales
models
• Presentable, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Multi-tasking, well organized and efficient
• Willing to work on different time zones and diversity schedule changes to support the CEO
•Excellent command of both spoken and written English
