Position : Chef De Partie - Asian Food
- Strong knowledge of Thai and/or broader Asian cuisine (flavor balance, ingredients, techniques).
- Excellent cooking and knife skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
- Relevant culinary qualification preferred.
