Position : Sales Manager (Native English Speaking)
Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties and clients
• Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers to facilitate property transactions
• Provide guidance and assistance to clients in buying, selling properties
• Promote properties through various marketing channels and networking activities
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, property values, and legal requirements
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market in Phuket, Thailand
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong sales and customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid real estate license or certification is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is desirable
• Native English speaker
