- Ensure that best services are given to guests and cooperated with other outlets.
- To coordinate the work of the beverage staff in order to achieve a smooth-running operation. Striving to achieve excellent standards of service and efficiency. To replace the Head Bartender when necessity arises.
- Assisting Beverage Manager in the process of supervising bartenders, beverage recipes, bar requisitions and par stock, beverage and wine promotion, selling beverages, beverage cost and bar expenses.
- Make sure that each outlet is properly staffed and equipped to service guests. This includes proper supply of glassware, drink lists, paper goods, etc.
- Assist Beverage Manager in checking all bars for cleanliness and orders minor repair work. Maintain professional appearance and portions of beverage serviced and constantly checks quality of beverage products.
