Position : Reservation Manager
- Oversee the reservations department, including staffing, scheduling, sales training and coaching, employee relations, training, and product development.
- Take responsibility for all reservations and assigned revenue management reporting as directed.
- Respond to all enquiries according to required standards and maintain a database of business transactions, including refused sales, competitor analysis, competitor details, and client records.
- Provide supervision and training to the reservations team based on recognized company procedures and practices.
