Job Detail

- Develop staffing strategies, manage hiring pipelines, and source candidates for property roles.
- Facilitate new hire orientations and ensure the team is trained to maintain brand service standards.
- Champion an "open door" policy to resolve associate issues, lead employee recognition programs, and manage progressive discipline documentation.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, maintain secure personnel files, and manage workers' compensation claims.
- Administer employee benefits and ensure payroll accuracy.
- Partner with the executive committee on workforce planning and employee engagement and satisfaction.
