Position : Assistant Chief Engineer

Job Detail

- Supports Chief Engineering by managing daily property operations, maintenance, and facility performance.
- Oversees the physical plant (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems) and ensures safety and compliance standards are met.
- Distributes repair work orders, tracks project progress, and coordinates with external contractors.
- Monitors energy usage, reviews utility costs, and assists in capital expenditure planning.
- Assists with training, scheduling, and developing engineering staff.
- Ensures prompt response to guest repair requests and maintains high satisfaction standards.
