Position : Marketing Administrator

Job Detail

Role Overview We're looking for an organized, proactive Marketing Administrator to support our marketing team with the day-to-day tasks that keep campaigns running across our beach club, restaurant, hotel, and events. You'll work alongside our senior marketers, helping execute their plans, keeping things updated, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. This is a hands-on support role, ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized and learning the marketing side of hospitality.

● 1–3 years of experience in marketing, administration, hospitality, or a related field.
● Good English communication skills, as the role requires working with a multinational team.
● Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
● Creative mindset with an interest in content and marketing.
● Strong communication and willingness to take initiative on assigned tasks.
● Able to juggle multiple short tasks and deadlines.
● Familiarity with social media, email, or hospitality platforms is a plus — full training provided.
