Event Production & Partnerships Manager - 1 P -URGENT !

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Event Production & Partnerships Manager to lead the planning, production, and delivery of our world-class events while developing strategic partnerships that strengthen our brand and create exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications.
- Proven experience in event production, project management, or luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Experience managing suppliers, production companies, and large-scale events.
- Ability to build commercial partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities.
- Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and production of all approved events.
- Manage event timelines, production schedules, suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional project delivery.
- Coordinate internal departments to ensure seamless event execution.
- Develop strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and premium brand collaborations.
- Identify innovative event concepts and benchmark global hospitality and entertainment trends.
- Ensure all events meet Café del Mar Phuket's luxury brand standards, operational excellence, and safety requirements.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and continuously improve future event performance.
