1. Proven experience in yacht charter sales, management, or luxury hospitality, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
2. Strong sales skills, with the ability to engage clients, close deals, and upsell additional services.
3. Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail in managing logistics and operations.
4. Client-focused with exceptional communication skills, able to work closely with guests, Vendors, and crew.
5. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by charter schedules.
7. Passion for luxury yachting and a commitment to delivering the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Oversee the operational readiness of the yacht fleet, ensuring all vessels meet high standards of maintenance, safety, and presentation.
• Coordinate all aspects of charter operations from initial booking through completion, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for guests.
• Manage logistics including guest transportation, accommodation arrangements, and bespoke itinerary planning.
• Lead and motivate the crew, ensuring they are fully trained, briefed, and prepared to deliver outstanding service on every charter.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify and implement upselling opportunities for additional services to enhance revenue.
• Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and safety protocols, maintaining impeccable records and documentation for the fleet and operations.
• Liaise with vendors, local authorities, and maritime agencies to ensure smooth operation of charters and fleet maintenance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, teams, and agents, offering personalized service and attending to their needs and preferences with utmost attention to detail.
• Create monthly reports for yacht owners, ensuring that management activities, mechanical maintenance, and all operations are properly documented and executed.
