What We’re Looking For

• Previous yacht experience or relevant marine/mechanical background.
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working under the captain’s direction.
• Safety-conscious and service-oriented.
• Fluent in English


Key Responsibilities

Deckhand Duties:

• Maintain the yacht’s exterior and teak decks.
• Assist with docking, anchoring, and navigation support.
• Operate and manage tenders, Jet Skis, and water toys.
• Support guest services, from arrivals to watersports supervision.
• Ensure safety equipment is ready and participate in drills.

Engineering Duties:

• Maintain mechanical and electrical systems (engines, generators, HVAC).
• Conduct routine checks, minor repairs, and troubleshoot systems.
• Manage plumbing systems and oversee onboard utilities.
• Keep inventory and maintenance logs up to date.
