Umbrella project presents its first place on the island - OYU bistro with vibrant fusion menu of dishes from Europe and Central Asia. Now we are searching for the personnel to open this new place to public.
Position : Demi chef
- Workflow control
- Food preparation according to receipes
- Menu development together with the chef
- Compliance with sanitary standards.
- Control of food presentation and its quality according to the approved standrds and receipes
- Ingredient control and stock calculation
- Inventory and equipment management.
The candidate must have at least one year of experience working in a kitchen. Be effective communicator, have organizational and leadership skills.
Thai nationality is preferred
