Umbrella project presents its first place on the island - OYU bistro with vibrant fusion menu of dishes from Europe and Central Asia. Now we are searching for the personnel to open this new place to public.
Position : Cook of the hot shop
Duties include but not limited to:
- Prepare a wide range of main hot dishes according to the approved menu.
- Process meat, poultry, fish and other products
- Observe safety and sanitary requirements when preparing main dishes
The candidate must have at least one year of experience working in a kitchen with specialized equipment and using it in compliance with safety regulations. Be organized, punctual, have an ability to organize order flow effectivly to ensure uqality and taste.
Thai nationality is preferred
