- Proficiency in English is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in Menu Planning and Recipe Development
2. Oversee Food Preparation and Cooking
- Supervise food preparation in the kitchen, ensuring that dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards.
- Manage the line during service, ensuring that all dishes are cooked to order and are presented to the highest standard.
3. Maintain Consistency and Quality Control
4. Supervise and Manage Kitchen Staff
5. Ensure Food Safety and Cleanliness
6. Assist in Inventory and Stock Management
7. Handle Special Dietary Requests and Customer Preferences
8. Manage Kitchen Schedules and Workflow
9. Monitor kitchen equipment for proper operation and cleanliness and Report any malfunctioning or broken equipment to the Resort Manager for repair or replacement.
