Position : สถาปนิก / Architect

Job Detail

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- รับผิดชอบงานออกแบบและเขียนแบบ งานสถาปัตยกรรม 3D และ2D โครงการตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- แก้ไขปัญหาด้านสถาปัตยกรรมในระหว่างการดำเนินโครงการ
- สามารถถอดแบบและประมาณราคางานด้านสถาปัตยกรรมได้
- เขียนแบบขออนุญาตก่อสร้าง และ Shop Drawing ตาม Requirement ที่ได้รับ
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมวิศวกรและทีมเขียนแบบ และออกหน้างานได้
- เซ็นต์รับรองแบบ
- อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
- มีความชำนาญด้านการเขียนแบบ อ่านแบบ และเคลียร์แบบ
- มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Microsoft office หรือโปรแกรมการออกแบบอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถถอดแบบรายละเอียดวัสดุก่อสร้าง ( BOQ-Bill Of Quantities ) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพ
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานออกแบบจะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีไหวพริบดี แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าภายใต้แรงกดดันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
