support our group of Bangkok. And we’re also Southern Thailand’s largest legal Golden Burmese Teak Dealer. Ongoing
growth of the group requires a larger team to support the sales, distribution team and coordinate with Bangkok office
and Phuket.
Position : Foreman
- มีประสบการณ์ก่อสร้าง/ต่อเติม/รีโนเวท/งานช่าง ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี
- ใช้มือถือถ่ายรูป-วิดีโอ และส่งรายงานประจำวันได้
- รู้จักวัสดุก่อสร้าง พื้นฐานงานช่าง มีความรู้ระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา เบื้องต้น
- มีทักษะการบริหารคน
- มีความรับผิดชอบ แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
- คุมงานบ้านพักอาศัย, งานรีโนเวทบ้าน, งานวิลล่า ตามแบบ และมาตรฐานของบริษัท
- ควบคุมงานให้เสร็จตามแผน และตรวจสอบคุณภาพงาน
- ประสานงานให้ทำงานตามแผนงานและไทม์ไลน์
- รายงานความคืบหน้าหน้างานเป็นประจำ (รูปภาพ + วิดีโอ และ report)
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
