This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who understands yacht operations, enjoys working with crews, and takes pride in delivering perfectly prepared yachts for both charters and owners’ trips.

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare yachts for charter and owner use, ensuring high standards of interior and exterior presentation.
– Coordinate provisioning, guest supplies, and onboard requirements.
– Control stock and inventory across the fleet.
– Manage, support, and motivate crew, ensuring smooth daily operations.
– Maintain operational readiness and attention to detail before every trip.
– Liaise with captains and office team to ensure seamless experiences.

Requirements:
– Strong experience in yacht operations, marine hospitality, or charter management.
– Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
– Natural leadership skills with a hands-on and proactive mindset.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight charter timelines.
– Good level of English communication, writing, and reading.
– Experience in yachting or hospitality industry is a bonus.
