Administrator of Yacht Maintenance.
Thai nationals only.
Full-time job located in Royal Phuket Marina,

Responsibilities
– Managing Service Requests. handling incoming requests, scheduling appointments,
– Record Keeping. Maintaining accurate records of service activities and service history.
– Documentation. Preparing and processing work orders, invoices, and warranty claims.
– Coordination. Coordinating with engineers and supply to ensure timely completion of service tasks.
– Reporting. Preparation of monthly service reports for boat owners and management review.
– Inventory Management.
Keeping parts inventory and parts ordering.

Qualifications
– Computer literate.
– Good level of English communication, writing, and reading.
– Yacht maintenance experience and basic engineering knowledge is a bonus.
