Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily guest relations operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Greet and assist guests with check-in, consultation appointments, and treatment arrangements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, particularly Russian-speaking guests, to understand and meet their needs.
- Coordinate with clinical and wellness teams to deliver personalized services.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care.
- Train and mentor Guest Relations Officers to uphold service standards.
- Maintain guest records and ensure confidentiality.
- Support marketing and client retention initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written); Thai language is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service roles, preferably in a clinic, hotel, or wellness center.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
- Service-minded, organized, and detail-oriented.
