Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and conducting recreational, fitness, and wellness activities (e.g., yoga sessions, aqua fitness, stretching classes, fun games).
- Engage with guests to encourage participation and create a welcoming, active environment.
- Support the development of wellness programs and seasonal activity schedules.
- Help coordinate special events, fitness challenges, and wellness workshops.
- Monitor the safety and proper use of recreational areas and equipment.
- Maintain high service standards and uphold the Sole Mio brand image.
- Assist the Sport & Recreation Supervisor with daily operations and guest feedback.

Qualifications:
- Current student or recent graduate in Sport Science, Physical Education, Recreation Management, Wellness, or a related field.
- Passionate about fitness, wellness, and healthy living.
- Outgoing, energetic, and guest-oriented personality.
- Basic knowledge of fitness principles and recreational activities.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
