Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in Beach Club, Rooftop Bar, Day Club, or Hospitality Operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Passion for hospitality, entertainment, events, and guest experience
• Good operational knowledge and cost control skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Creative, energetic, and hands-on personality
