ตำแหน่ง: Pastry Commis
Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and producing pastries, cakes, breads, and desserts

Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients under the guidance of senior pastry chefs

Follow recipes and presentation standards accurately

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section at all times

Assist with stock control and inform the team of shortages

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

Requirements:

Basic knowledge or strong interest in pastry and baking

Previous experience as a kitchen commis or pastry assistant is an advantage

Passion for pastry, creativity, and attention to detail

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
