Job Detail

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner

Scan items, process sales transactions, and handle payments (cash, card, e-payment)

Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges according to company policy

Keep the cashier counter and surrounding area clean and organized

Answer customer questions and provide assistance when needed

Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts

Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor



Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash

Good communication and customer service skills (English preferred)

Honest, responsible, and punctual

Able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus
